General terms and conditions:

  1. Validity of the offer
    The trips offered are valid for the period indicated.
  2. registration
    The registration takes place by e-mail. We will confirm your booking immediately in writing. With this confirmation you will also receive the bank transfer data.
  3. Terms of payment
    The entire invoice amount is to be transferred upon receipt of the booking confirmation. Travel cancellation and health insurance must be taken out at the time of booking.
  4. travel insurance
    It is strongly recommended that you take out travel cancellation, baggage, accident and health insurance; travel insurance must be taken out at the time of booking.
  5. Withdrawal from the contract
    The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract against payment of a cancellation fee. The following cancellation charges per person apply:

-           up to 10 days before departure 75%.

-           up to 9 days before departure 100%.

In case of non-arrival at a trip without notice we charge 100% cancellation fees. In the event of premature termination of a trip, there is no entitlement to a refund of the services not used. The cancellation must be made in writing. The deadline for calculating the cancellation costs is the date of receipt of the written cancellation.

  1. Replacements
    If a substitute person replaces a registered participant, the tour operator is entitled to charge the additional costs (change of name, etc.) incurred by the participation of the substitute registered. Participants and substitute persons are jointly liable for the tour price.
  2. Warranty, Damages complaint
    Your travel booking entitles you to the exact provision of the travel services advertised. Should we or the respective service provider make mistakes in the performance of this task, we will endeavour to correct this matter as far as possible. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that any dissatisfaction is to be reported immediately.
  3. Baggage damages
    Damage to baggage must be reported immediately at the airport by notifying the airline responsible of the damage. In the case of coach tours, the damage must be reported to the bus driver when the luggage is loaded or unloaded. The organiser is not liable for loss of or damage to luggage.
  4. Price changes
    We reserve the right to adjust the tour price if there are higher reasons. These can include changes of the transport costs. The customer's right of withdrawal remains unaffected if the travel price increases by more than 10%.
  5. Pass-, visa-, customs-, exchange control regulations
    With the offer you receive essential information about the formalities and travel documents necessary for your journey, as far as they are known to us. All disadvantages resulting from non-compliance with these regulations shall be borne by the traveller. Customs and foreign exchange regulations are very strict in various countries. Please keep well informed and follow these regulations.
  6. Entry rules & vaccination requirements

The travellers should inform themselves about the infection and vaccine protection in time; medical consultation should be obtained.

  1. Keeping of pets
    No pets allowed.
  2. Hiking & bike riding
    The physical exercise during hikes, mountain tours and bicycle tours represents a higher risk for participants. Neither the tour operator nor the hiking guides are liable for accidents, damages or injuries. The travel times indicated may be extended.
  3. Short-term route changes
    We reserve the right to make changes due to flight schedule changes, unforeseeable weather conditions.
  4. Arrival & departure day, change of flight and transfer times
    The arrival and departure days of a package tour are primarily used for transport to and from the holiday destination. They are not considered holiday days in the strict sense. Therefore, changes in flight and transfer times within these two days are considered inconveniences and cannot be claimed as reasons to complain.
  5. range of the service
    For the range of services, only the service descriptions in the present offers are binding.
  6. tour guide - mountain guide - bus driver
    We reserve the right to substitute the tour guide, mountain guide or bus driver mentioned.
  7. data protection
    We expressly point out that all your personal data will only be used to compile a list of rooms and participants, to take out the necessary insurance and will only be used for internal purposes.
